                         Secret lovers on Satan's territory,

                         innocent captives of the cruel vision,

                         hidden we arise, with God's smuggled glory

                         in our unsteady hearts; rapacious delusions'

                         frightening shadows chase the broken winged faith,

                         unseen realities clash within our bared,

                         shaking flesh, where evil's terrifying wraith

                         roars its wicked, deadly threat, forces the scared

                         fallible body, give up, betray the fight,

                         but we have seen the light in each other's eye,

                         beyond the stars, continue our sacred flight,

                         linked in love, tied together by endless sky.
